ScrollPump is an open client-side utility designed to simplify interaction with public blockchain protocols, specifically the Solana blockchain and the Pump.fun smart contract. ScrollPump is not an exchange, broker, custodian, or financial advisor.

3. Cryptographic Asset Risks

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • Meme tokens and blockchain assets are subject to extreme market volatility and high risk of loss.
  • Transactions submitted to the Solana blockchain are irreversible once finalized by consensus.
  • ScrollPump does not endorse, verify, or guarantee the future value of any token created or traded using this tool.
  • You are solely responsible for compliance with any laws, tax obligations, or regulations applicable in your jurisdiction.

4. User Responsibilities

Users must safeguard their private keys and wallets. ScrollPump cannot recover lost assets, reverse transactions, or access user accounts. You agree not to use the extension for any unlawful or malicious activities.
